Designed by the team and built by Croswait custom composites in Wanchese, NC. BadCo 50 will be purposefully built for fishing performance, every inch of detail, design, and purpose is to build a modern mid size game boat to chase giants around the world. The partnership with Aaron and Jordon at Croswait will leverage contemporary innovations using state of the art light weight performance materials, the brothers are third generation boat builders and master craftsman in carbon fiber and contemporary composites.
Exterior
All custom new tooling, hull, house, bridge, all designed as a pure weapon for our specific needs, there will be no compromise to building this gameboat. This 50 will be the largest Gameboat ever carried by a mothership-BCS175. The hull will be composite, along with using of carbon fiber extensively to reduce weight and improve performance. Best of the best are involved, naval architects Blunt and associates, and our special advisor and friend Brooks Smith (Uno Mas - Vida - Willis). The flybridge helm will house 2x24 inch screens. 150 Sq feet cockpit with Mezzanine seating split the center door to the salon. She will be finished in BadCo Matte Grey with black metal piping. Composite and space age light weight materials will be used throughout to maximize performance and reduce weight. The target weight dry will be 34k pounds, BCS175 cruises 15 knots and will deploy BC50 globally.

MAN 850 engines will push this 50 to 44 knots. She will have an Omni, Gyro stabilizer, bait tubes and bait wells consistent with other Badco Gameboats. The interior is designed for simplicity with a functional salon and split galley, forward will have single split bunks to each side, single head and shower all the way forward and dedicated massive storage room for rods and tackle. Anthony Hsieh, IGFA hall of fame captain Steve Lassley along with Captain Kevin Bohannon will be on top of all details and design with Croswait to complete this dream contemporary mid size gameboat. This 50 will be a weapon dedicated to fishing performance without compromise.
